Rowjay, Jason Malkin Rosauri de son vrai nom, est un rappeur québécois d'origine italienne, né le 10 août 1996 à Saint-Léonard, Montréal. Il a fondé et est membre du collectif québécois COB 65. Très jeune, il se passionne pour le rap en découvrant le groupe Three 6 Mafia. Il décide de se lancer vers l'âge de 16 ans.
